As Manager of Service Desk and NOC, Heather is responsible for managing the Service Desk and NOC resources. She also manages the relationship between the Atomic Data Service Desk and several partner Service Desks. Prior to joining Atomic Data,Heather was Customer Support Supervisor for OneNeck IT Solutions, formally VISI. She also spent time with ipHouse as a Service Desk Technician. Prior to working as Customer Support Supervisor she worked her way up from a Customer Support Technician Level I. Heather holds an ITIL Foundations certification.
